Each class in turn comes to visit St Mary’s Church to learn a bit about it and to have a chance to explore. Year 3 came today and they counted the gargoyles (funny faces) on the outside of the church, lit candles in the Prayer Corner, inspected the organ and found out about how the bells are rung. They asked Father Simon some excellent questions and enjoyed running around the churchyard.
