Royal College of Music Visit

A group of our most gifted musicians had a treat of a behind the scenes tour of The Royal College of Music to gain an insight into life as a student of music. This visit is to develop their aspirations further and give them an opportunity to see the different avenues that they could choose to take in their lives.

Part of the visit was listening to a recital which included pieces of music played on the piano, violin, cello and harp.

On the train – A good chance for a read!

The new 5 million pound organ.

Inside the West Parry Room awaiting the first performer. (Out of respect we did not photograph the musicians whist they were performing.)

The harp sounded amazing – although she had a bit of bother getting on the tube with it!

The Parakeets in Hyde Park amazed us too!
