On Thursday 12th December we made our annual trip to Twickenham to see the women’s and men’s
Varsity Rugby Matches.
Cambridge women came out on top in a thrilling match winning by 5 point to 3. Oxford dominated the whole game but conceded a try late on.
Cambridge were triumphant in the men’s match beating Oxford 15 – 0. The wet weather meant that the ball behaved like a bar of soap and there were many handling errors.
Needless to say, the Kelvedon crew had a fantastic day and were, as usual, terrific ambassadors for our school.
