This week we have been making bread. We have found out where flour comes from and read the story of The Little Red Hen who found some grains of wheat and made some bread all by herself.
We mixed all the ingredients together to make dough. We remembered that it was like when we make pizza. We folded and stretched the dough so that it was smooth and soft
We waited patiently for the yeast to work and after a while our dough had got lots bigger!
We shaped the dough and cooked it so we could take a piece home to eat.
It was delicious!
