Perfect Pizza in 1C

This week we have travelled to Italy for our learning so we have made pizza. We weighed  the ingredients and followed instructions so we knew what to do.

We mixed, we kneaded, we stretched and rolled the dough and discussed how it had changed.                                                                                                                                                       

The yeast in the dough made it get bigger after we left it to rise in a warm place.

Then we had to roll it out.



After that, we added our toppings and put it in the oven to cook.

We all took a piece home, it was delicious!
