How to make a cheesecake

To help you celebrate ‘VE Day’ I thought it would be great if you had some tasty treats. I thought I would show you how to make a delicious cheesecake. The cheesecake is large enough for 12 servings, but of course you can half the ingredients to make it smaller.
You will need:
280g Digestive Biscuits
140g Unsalted Butter
550ml Double Cream
140g Icing Sugar
560g Cream Cheese,
Juice of Half a Lemon.
