This afternoon we spent some time thinking about people who find Christmas a difficult time of year. We started by thinking about all the things that Christmas means to us before watching some videos of charities supporting those who are less fortunate than ourselves.
We came up with reasons why people might be sad over the Christmas period and chose one to reflect on. We cut out a bauble and wrote our reflections on the back.
