Today we did some independent writing about magical journeys. We watched some clips of magical journeys from fairytales, before coming up with our own and role playing them. We had some fantastic ideas, for example a picture in a book taking us to a new land or seeing our reflection and going through mirrors.
We then wrote them into a short paragraph using our senses to really explain how it felt.
