Today year 3 finished our sweets week with a baking bonanza day. To ensure everyone could get involved and enjoy it, we made egg and dairy free cakes, with everyone making their own individual cupcake. We then decorated them with a huge range of toppings and icing flavours. It was also a chance for us to practise loads of maths skills we have learnt, such as halving, multiplying, measuring mass and capacity. We then finished it all off by identifying coins needed to purchase our cakes at the end of the day.
