Well, what a busy first day back!
Colchester united came in to do their first cardio session with us today and what a good time the students had.
They learnt about different parts and functions of the heart and then went outside to complete a few activities to show them what our hearts do when we exercise.
Every Monday for the next term, Colchester united will be with us doing the cardio workshops.
Can we please make sure the students have the correct p.e kits that are suitable for this activity and forms for photography are due in asap.
