As part of our topic, exploring Essex, we left the school and visited the park today.
On our way down and when we arrived, we searched for examples of land pollution such as dropped litter. We found a lot! We realised there was more litter out of school than there is in school!
We then spoke about the examples of land pollution we saw, why land pollution is a problem, how it made us feel and what we can do about it. We will be completing some follow up tasks tomorrow.
Later, we enjoyed our breaktime on the play equipment (making sure we didn’t disturb members of the public who were visiting the park) and then played a game of rounders.
