We discussed teamwork following our visit to Bradwell- What works well and when it goes wrong. Along with our experiences, we viewed different video clips to help us consider this. A particular clip from the film ‘Madagascar’ highlighted how different skills of individuals can be used to make the team work as a whole. Arguments can often get in the way and stop the team being successful. Whilst discussing this, it was suggested that the character of Alex the lion had insulted Marty the Zebra. ‘But you don’t have hands’. Some of us thought this was an insult, some didn’t and some couldn’t decide. As we debated our opinions often changed showing how we all feel differently about things.
