Today, Year Six were lucky enough to have a visit from two members of the Royal British Legion.
They brought in a variety of different artifacts from the First World War; including some from the local area. The men were very knowledgeable about the war and the items and explained each one and the significance to soldiers during the war. The children were excited as they then able to handle the artifacts and look at them closely.
They were also able to ask questions about the artifacts and the war itself.
