This afternoon, Year 6 investigated how light is reflected off of a mirror. We used torches and light boxes to shine a beam of light on and we measured this angle of incidence. We then found the reflected beam and measured the angle of this reflected light. We experienced lots of experimental error but did manage to reach the conclusion that the angle of incidence should equal the angle of reflection.
