We played a Phonics game outside. We had fo listen carefully to cross the swamp. You could cross the swamp if … you had a t-ie, sh-oe-s, a b-a-dge. You could cross if you liked ch-ee-se, c-a-ke, h-a-m, p-ea-s. We listened to the first sound in words and had a go at saying the sounds ourselves.
