Handwriting

Some of you have asked about thing to work on at home so we are going to post a few blogs on things to practice. A ‘little and often’ approach is best as it helps children to build memory. Please keep up all the cooking, gardening, bike riding, swimming and making too, as that looks like great fun.

Handwriting – children need to start their letters at the top or in a c shape for the round letters (c, o, a, d, g, q). Giving them a starting dot helps them know where to start.
