Last week, some of us were interested in magnets. We looked at how they can attract or repel against each other and that sometimes they stick to other objects, too. We can feel them pulling and pushing. They are very intriguing to play with!
Today, some of us explored them again, using different types of magnets and investigating what they attracted. They were attracted to metal objects, but not all metal objects. We were excited when we found something magnetic! We looked at an interesting book to find out more about them and read that magnets have two ends called poles – a north and a south pole. The north pole of one magnet is attracted to the south pole of another magnet .
