Happy Easter

We have had a lovely few days leading up to the end of the term. We enjoyed the Easter assembly and Messy Church activities. Alongside our usual learning, RB made an Easter tree and RJ wrote some Easter cards. Today, we made chocolate Easter nests and had an egg and spoon race. Have a lovely break and we look forward to seeing you next term!

We hand printed a cross to remember that Jesus died on the cross.
We made some people who waved palm trees as Jesus rode into Jerusalem.
We melted chocolate, golden syrup and butter until it looked like a delicious chocolate swimming pool! We added cornflakes or rice crispies and eggs in the middle. We have talked lots about how we love chocolate eggs at Easter and how they are a symbol of new life.
