What is the Parents, Teachers and Friends Association? 

Our aim is to advance the education of the pupils in School.  Essentially we fund the little extras that make the school day so much more fun!

At Kelvedon Academy we are privileged to have a committed PTFA who work tirelessly to raise much needed funds through a variety of events. These include major events like the ever popular fireworks display, summer inflatable day and school discos to name but a few.

We have in the past provided computers, sports equipment, music equipment, numeracy aids and a range of playground equipment including a train for the infant playground, and an adventure trail for the junior playground.

A number of parents have said that they don’t have the time to organise any events or take up a position within the PTFA but would like to help out at events. If this is you then please volunteer, as we are always looking for helpers with just a couple of hours to spare to help out with the disco’s or setting up events etc.
