Learning from home -websites

Some of you have asked about websites to support learning at home. It can be quite difficult to navigate and find age appropriate games but here are a few which may be useful. Learning through play is always the best way though, so act on any interests and questions your children have.

Espresso – we use this at school as it is very age appropriate. Check your parentpay emails for a log in. It is very good for Phonics – just find Foundation-Literacy-Phonics and we are working on Polly’s phonics. It also has lots of good videos for Understanding the World and newsbites.

Youtube – has everything! I quite liked these videos for ideas.
