Learning from home – do something active

I’ve been doing Yoga this week. I have really missed doing it and it helps me feel a bit better about being at home. Do you remember when Mrs Marks came into school? She told us that doing exercise makes us feel happy as it releases endorphins.

Today, what exercise can you do? I know lots of you have been learning to ride your bikes without stabilisers, which is brilliant! Here are a few ideas:

  • Ride your bike or scooter
  • Ball games
  • Hopscotch (use chalk on the floor)
  • Cosmic Yoga on You Tube
  • Joe Wicks
  • Learn to skip with a rope
  • Make an obstacle course in the garden
