This week we have been getting ready for our last week before Christmas in Nursery. We have printed with our hands to make a Christmas tree, counted and sorted sweets ready to make stained glass window biscuits, learned about to the Christmas Story and acted it out, as well as dealing with elf antics!
We sorted the sweets into different colours, then counted them and showed the number on our fingers.
We built Santa’s workshop and toys with the blocks, balancing them on top of each other and showing the elf how to build.
Baby Jesus was born in a stable and laid in a manger for his bed so we made new mangers for him.
Everyone loves a Christmas tree so we have begun to make decorations to put on our trees.
