New Housing in Kelvedon

on

On Thursday this week, year four went on a walk around the village to have a look at new housing estates.

We all enjoyed a nice walk in the countryside which was great for our mindfulness. Bramble even joined us!

We visited the new houses that are being built behind the railway staton and also the proposed site for another 600 homes off Coggleshall Road. We discussed the advantages of building new houses and also the impact they may have on local residents, animals and the countryside.

Back at school, we debated the issue of new housing in Kelvedon and then wrote a news report giving information about both sides of the argument.
